So... seven factions. Dunitarian perhaps the weakest, but central to the conflict area. Glacius or maybe Sylvitius the strongest? They have a common religion.

My assumption is that they are all human derived but some some divergent evolution as they've settled different planets in this system? Unless I'm forgetting something.

It's settling into place... but I wonder if maybe the board is going to be kicked over via some betrayal or revelation?

Great instincts, Randy. Obviously I can’t confirm or deny—no spoilers. But I can say that yeah, Glacius and Sylvitius are very powerful. The former militarily and the latter in terms of cultural influence. Thanks for engaging so much with this. Starting work on part 3 today.

Captivating. I love your humor and creativity. The romance draws me in. Love your interpretation of how religion is seen in this future world. Awesome, Nick!!

Thank you. Been thinking about this one so long it’s actually quite a relief to get it out. Glad it’s working. Lots more to come.

This is shaping into something I want to read seven novels about, not seven parts…

Well, you are in luck, my friend. The Emerald Crescent is the first of a trilogy. The two sequels will be 7-parters too: The Amber Crescent and The Crimson Crescent. I will be slotting other stuff in the two gaps to make things interesting, so the full 21 episodes will carry over well into next year. That’ll keep us out of trouble 😈 Thanks so much for coming along on the journey.

“I am a Saraïd in the Dunitarian army. We don’t cheat. We win, and let the vanquished make their excuses.” *chef's kiss*

When are the Team Dunitar shirts coming?

I’ll give you a hint: they’re amber.
